At the Rise Villas site, soil has been brought in and the plot raised above road level: this is the foundation for drainage and the community's long-term durability. The construction permit was obtained in July, technical preparation is complete, and the developer is finalizing the last formalities before work begins.
The presale is wrapping up: the largest villa has been reserved, and after this stage closes the developer plans to raise prices.
