Andaz by Layan Beach: Teaser

We managed to get an early look at teaser renders of Andaz Resort & Andaz Residences Phuket at Layan.

The project will combine a hotel and a condominium under the Andaz brand — Hyatt Group's luxury hospitality label. According to preliminary information, the residences will have relatively few units, with the focus on large layouts and exclusivity.

The location is very strong: the project sits right on Layan Beach. The design follows a tropical modern style with subtle Thai touches — an aesthetic that resonates well with foreign buyers.

The developer is CG Capital (Central Group). The official launch is planned for early next year.

CG Capital is optimistic about the Phuket market, and the reasons are clear:

• the island is no longer just a short-holiday destination — expats, digital nomads, and families from Europe, Russia, Australia, and Asia are increasingly relocating here long-term;
• Phuket keeps gaining new shopping malls, hotels, and services, making everyday life infrastructure ever more complete.

This year CG Capital is handing over The Standard Residences in Bang Tao, and will soon launch a new condo, PURITA Phuket Bangtao, with a great location and attractive prices.
