With it, the project has a new starting price — 10,480,000 baht. One-bedroom units of 56 sqm start from 10,480,000 baht, two-bedroom units of 84 sqm start from 16,020,000 baht. Three-bedroom units of 113 sqm — one per floor from the 4th to the 7th — range from 30,790,000 to 35,140,000 baht.
The building offers both freehold and leasehold: 17 freehold units (from 12,840,000 baht) and 20 leasehold units. Prices include standard finishing and fit-out equipment; furniture is purchased separately.
Booking deposit — 100,000 baht for units up to 30 million baht, and 300,000 baht for units from 30 to 50 million baht. Payment plan — five installments of 20% over the course of construction. There is also a deferred payment plan: 50% during construction, with the remaining 50% paid after handover in installments over 1, 3, or 5 years on a quarterly basis, with interest charged on the outstanding balance. Buyers receive membership in Banyan Group's The Sanctuary Club.
In total, Aster currently has 92 available units out of 175 across three buildings. It is 450 m to Boat Avenue and 1.1 km to Bang Tao Beach; completion is scheduled for Q2 2028.
