Sales launch of Millennium in Bang Tao

Sales have launched for Millennium — a new condominium in Bang Tao, 750 m from the beach. The developer opened the price list on October 12.

Seven floors, 253 units and five pools: in the courtyard, along the facade, and on the roof. Ground-floor units open directly onto the water, and every balcony has a mini-garden with automatic watering. The entire roof is reserved for residents: a 56 m infinity pool, a hammam, a bar, and an open-air cinema.

Launch prices:

• studios 24–30 sqm — from ฿3.42 million
• 1-bedroom 35–46 sqm — from ฿4.89 million
• 2-bedroom 60–74 sqm — from ฿8.39 million

200 units are available for sale, with completion in Q1 2029. The project's environmental impact assessment has been approved and the construction permit has been obtained.
