Layan Green Park is moving into the stage of preparing apartments for handover to owners. Documentation is being compiled and organized for each unit, while weekly inspections using PlanRadar SiteView 360 monitor quality and progress.
In Building H, built-in carpentry work is being finished on the upper floors, and painting and installation of decorative wall panels have begun. In Building G, fire door installation is complete, while bathroom finishing, ceilings, staircases and roof waterproofing continue. In Building K, facade work is underway on the lower floors, with finishing of floors and walls on the upper floors.
