Layan Green Park

Layan Green Park is a completed condo-hotel of 248 apartments in Layan, the northern part of Bang Tao, 700 metres from Layan Beach: a two-minute walk, with a shuttle to the beach. Four seven-storey buildings — Mangosteen, Leelawadee, Colibri and the duplex building — stand around lagoon pools on a 9,940 sqm site. The complex operates as La Green Hotel & Residence and is certified under the international EDGE green-building standard, the first such project in Phuket.

On sale are the remaining Phase 1 units: studios from 30 sqm, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments up to 144 sqm, including ground-floor units with a terrace and pool access or a private jacuzzi; the duplexes are sold out. Apartments come furnished and equipped: 2.7 m ceilings, floor-to-ceiling Low-E glazing, inverter air conditioning with no external units, central hot water, smart home, KONE lifts.
