Developer Gardens of Eden has shared a construction update for September–October 2026, covering all three complexes at once.
- At Eden Residences (Layan), buildings G, E, F, C and D have completed window installation on the 3rd floor and started on the 4th floor; building A is gaining height, with the 2nd floor slab now poured.
- At Park Residences (Bang Tao), buildings H, I, J, K have completed monolithic works and moved on to brickwork and finishing.
- At Lake Residences (Bang Tao), pile works in buildings T, U, V are 90% complete and nearing finish.
