About the project

Park Residence is the second phase of the Gardens of Eden resort community by Bang Tao and Layan beaches: six low-rise blocks on around seven hectares, with direct access to the sea along a landscaped avenue.

Layouts come in a range of sizes, from compact to family-sized. The grounds, gardens, pools and security are shared with the community's other phases, and the walk to the water stays on your own avenue rather than the public road.

Three hundred metres from the sea is a figure that barely exists in new projects on this coast: the beachfront was built out long ago. Completion is due in the fourth quarter of 2027.
