- Building H: carpentry works and SPC flooring installation are nearly complete, roof waterproofing is finished, facade greenery installation has begun
- Building G: corridor finishing is nearly complete, staircase tiling has been finished
- Buildings K and F: work continues on balcony frames, plastering and floor screeding, tiling in bathrooms has begun
- Building L (pool): pool tiling is underway
- Duplexes J1 and J2: foundation works are in progress
