Take a look at a new project in Bang Tao: PURITA Phuket Bangtao by CG Capital. The developer specializes in branded residences and ranks among the best in the country — this year it is completing The Standard Residences next door. Pop Phuket, a new shopping mall from Central, will open just nearby.
The renderings show two buildings arranged around a garden with a pool and a fitness pavilion. The starting unit type: a one-bedroom apartment of 57 sqm, 3m ceilings, fully furnished — from 7.XX million baht. For a premium-segment condo in one of the island's best locations, that is an interesting price.
Why Bang Tao. Following the ICONPHUKET news, Northern Phuket is back in the spotlight, and Bang Tao is being called "Phuket's Thonglor" — after one of Bangkok's most expensive districts, where condos sell for 300,000–400,000 baht per sqm.
Srisoonthorn Road is becoming the address with the island's most complete infrastructure: from the Heroines Monument — ICONPHUKET, the North London Collegiate School Phuket, and new community malls, all the way to the entrance of Laguna. It is a comfortable place to live year-round, not just to vacation.
In Bang Tao itself, Pop Phuket and phase two of Porto de Phuket are set to open soon, and there is talk of another shopping mall and an international school.
Proximity to the Andaman Sea makes this a prime location with the highest demand, and there is almost no vacant land left here. Well-off buyers have been eyeing property in Bang Tao since last year.
PURITA is worth watching for its location alone. The developer has not yet published pricing and floor plans — we will share them as soon as sales open.
