Sales at PURITA Phuket Bangtao are now open. CG Capital (Central Group) has released its first price list: 79 units in Buildings A and C, priced from ฿7.29 million.
The starting price is a special offer on a single unit: A0409, a one-bedroom, 56.4 sqm, on the 4th floor, south-facing, for ฿7,290,000 instead of ฿7,870,000. The remaining pre-sale units carry a discount: ฿300,000 off one-bedroom units and ฿600,000 off two-bedroom units. This price list is valid until November 28.
PURITA comprises four six-story buildings plus a villa on a 10-rai plot, with 258 units in total. The project sits right next to the new Pop Phuket mall and alongside The Standard Residences by the same developer, 1.5 km from Bang Tao beach. On-site amenities include a 3-rai garden with a 50-meter pool, a fitness center, a hammam, and a co-working space.
Unit types: one-bedroom 56-58 sqm, two-bedroom 93-103.5 sqm, and two-bedroom Plus with an extra room 124.5-136 sqm. Ceilings are 3 m, and units are handed over fully furnished, with appliances and one year of concierge service included.
Payment: a reservation from ฿100,000, 20% on contract signing from December 1, 2026, 30% in four installments by October 2028, and 50% on handover. Completion is scheduled for November 2028.
