About the project

Botanica Lakeside II is a small community in Layan, a kilometre and a half from the beach of the same name. The line is called Signature Tropical Balinese: not the usual white minimalism but tropical architecture with timber and natural textures.

Three layouts with three or four bedrooms, some houses with a second storey. Every villa has its own pool, and the plots are generous. The community is complete.
