About the project

Botanica Modern Loft II is a community of single-storey villas in Ban Don and the developer's most graphic line: flat roofs, dark frames, timber ceilings and glass walls that slide fully open onto the terrace.

Layouts come with three or four bedrooms, all on one level, each villa with its own pool and a plot noticeably larger than anything on the coast. The community is complete.
