Grand Sea Through is a community of four-bedroom villas in Rawai, in the south of Phuket.
Rawai is a lived-in district that stays awake all year: a fish market and boats to the islands, yacht clubs, schools, clinics and a large expat community. It does not empty out in low season, and land here costs noticeably less than on the west coast.
