Can a foreigner buy property in Rawai and Nai Harn?
An apartment — yes, within a condominium’s freehold quota (49% of the building’s area). A foreigner cannot own the land under a villa outright: it is held on a long lease (leasehold) or through a Thai company. We review the structure of each project before any deposit.
How far is the airport?
About 45 minutes by car: Rawai is at the opposite end of the island. Phuket Town and the big shopping centres, on the other hand, are 20 minutes away.
Can I pay in instalments?
For projects under construction, yes: payment is usually split into stages until handover, and each developer sets its own schedule. We send the schedule together with the price list.
