The Title Fizz

The Title Fizz is a new The Title project in Kata: a seven-storey residential building with 135 apartments plus a separate three-storey facilities building, 500 metres to the sea and Kata Beach. The whole project is pet friendly. It stands in the heart of resort Kata among hotels, cafes and shops.

Almost nine in ten apartments have one bedroom, 31–52 m²; the larger layouts are very few: two-bedroom apartments of 58 m² and two- and three-bedroom penthouses of 64–110 m², each penthouse with a private rooftop terrace of 61.6–86.1 m². The plot is 3,801 m², 850 m² of it green areas, with parking for 58 cars plus 13 parallel parking spaces.

There are 25 facilities. The clubhouse has a 25 × 5 m lap pool, a jacuzzi, a kids' bubble pool, a lobby, the Social Club, a gym with a private training studio, a sauna, a co-working space, a meeting room and a game room. By the residential building there are a pet park and a playground; the rooftop has sky dining, a garden, a lounge and a viewing deck.

Kata is a bay with a gentle entry into the water and an evening promenade; Kata Noi and the Karon Viewpoint are nearby, Patong is a twenty-minute drive away. The developer offers residents a free shuttle to the beach.

Official booking opens on 19 October 2026, and the developer has announced prices. Units reserved by 31 December 2026 get the launch promotion: up to ฿500,000 off, a further 5% off and a furniture package. Completion is planned for Q1 2029.
