The Title Kuartz

The Title Kuartz is a new The Title project in Karon: two seven-storey buildings, 189 apartments, 345 metres to the sea and Karon Beach. One of the buildings is fully pet friendly. The project sits on the second line from the sea, by Karon's main road, with sea views from the sixth floor up.

Layouts include one-bedroom apartments of 31.7–37.9 m², one-bedroom Plus of 45–47.8 m², two-bedroom apartments of 56.6–62.7 m² and two-bedroom penthouses of 69.5–97.2 m², each with a private rooftop terrace of 65.3–89.9 m². On the 4,412.8 m² plot, about 1,115 m² goes to pools and facilities and 990 m² to green areas — in the courtyard, on the second floor and on the roof; parking for 108 cars, some spaces with EV chargers, plus separate motorbike parking.

There are 23 facilities. The courtyard has a 25 m lap pool, a kids' pool, a garden and a pet park; the rooftop has a pool with a jacuzzi, cabanas and a sunset garden; indoors there are lobbies in both buildings, a gym with a private training studio, a sauna, a co-working space, a theater room, an interactive game room and a kids room.

Karon is the widest beach in southern Phuket — three kilometres of sand, a quiet promenade, shops, a market and restaurants nearby, ten minutes to Kata by bike.

Official booking opens on 19 October 2026, and the developer has announced prices. Units reserved by 31 December 2026 get the launch promotion: up to ฿500,000 off, a further 5% off and a furniture package. Completion is planned for Q1 2029.
