Who they are

The Title is the trading name of Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited. The company began in 2007 with a group led by Mr Dendanai Hutajuta, set on turning Phuket into a place people live rather than only holiday.

In 2016 Rhom Bho became a public company, and in 2017 it listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker TITLE. It later joined the subsidiaries of Asset Wise Public Company Limited and works in partnership with 39 Estate Co., Ltd. For a buyer that means something simple: the developer’s accounts can be opened and read.

The 2026 portfolio holds 19 projects with a stated value of 49,260 MB: five completed, two ready to move into, twelve under construction. The head office is on Phuket itself, in Sakhu, Thalang district.

What they build

The core format is resort condominiums within walking distance of the water: Bang Tao, Rawai, Nai Yang, Kamala. The buildings are low-rise with courtyard pools, and units run from studios to two-bedroom homes, often finished and furnished.

A separate branch is villas: Villa Kirara, Villa Estella and Casa de Monte. They run on a different payment mechanic tied to construction milestones, and on a different scale.

The developer names four pillars: eco-friendly design, wellness, service and technology for living. Its Ease of Living arm covers maintenance and repair, property management, cleaning and a privilege club for owners.

Buying terms

The condominiums share one payment plan, and it is a simple one: a ฿100,000 booking, then four equal instalments of 25% — the sale and purchase agreement, the first instalment, the second, and the transfer of ownership.

The Title villas work differently: payments follow the house as it is built, and that is a real difference rather than a change of wording — a villa takes longer and goes up in stages.

Condominium units are available to foreign buyers on a freehold basis within the building’s foreign quota; once the quota is taken, leasehold remains. We check the quota for the specific building before you reserve.

Who actually builds The Title?

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited, a public company headquartered on Phuket in Sakhu, Thalang district. The Title is its trading name.

Can the developer be checked?

Yes, and that is rare on the island. The company trades on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker TITLE, and its accounts and disclosures are published on its investor site.

What is the payment plan for The Title condominiums?

The same across the range: a ฿100,000 booking, then four equal instalments of 25% — the contract, the first instalment, the second, and the transfer of ownership.

How do The Title villas differ from the condominiums?

In scale and in the payment plan. For the villas — Kirara, Estella, Casa de Monte — payments follow construction milestones rather than four equal shares.
