Botanica Four Seasons · Autumn

Four Seasons · Autumn is the autumn zone of Botanica's gated community in Pru Jampa. Each of the four seasonal zones has its own character, while the grounds, security and facilities are shared.

The autumn zone holds thirty-seven villas with three or four bedrooms, each with its own pool and garden. Air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a kitchen with appliances and mature landscaping are included, so moving in costs nothing extra.

Pru Jampa is the calm middle of the island between the airport and the beaches: Layan is four kilometres away, international schools and Boat Avenue close by, and plots are larger and cheaper than on the coast. Botanica is in its twenty-first year on Phuket. Completion is due in the first quarter of 2028.
