About the project

LAYA Resort is a resort condominium three hundred and fifty metres from Layan beach and half a kilometre from the edge of Sirinat National Park.

The Kala river runs through the site, dividing the resort into pool zones — the layout follows the landscape rather than the plot's square metres. Anantara Layan and other five-star resorts are next door.
