Layan Green Park Phase 2

Layan Green Park Phase 2 is the second phase of the condo-hotel in Layan, the northern part of Bang Tao, 700 metres from Layan Beach and next to the operating first phase. Six buildings are going up on a 16,673 sqm site: seven-storey F, G, H and K and two low-rise duplex buildings J1 and J2 — 296 apartments in all, from 37 sqm studios to 269 sqm duplexes with their own grounds, pool and underground garage. Construction has been under way since 2023; completion is due in Q2 2027.

More than thirty layouts: studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments; on the ground floors with a terrace and access to the main pool or with a private plunge pool; corner units with a walk-in closet and "modular" ones where a second bedroom can be carved out of the living room. Fit-out as in Phase 1: furniture and appliances included, 2.7 m ceilings, Low-E glazing, inverter air conditioning without external units, smart home, KONE lifts, solar panels; the project is being certified under EDGE. Its own facilities: a main pool with a bridge and lounge zone, the Loom and Comuna restaurants, Jomo and Flip & Flop bars, the LIV wellness cafe, the LOV wellness centre of over 1,000 sqm with spa and gym, and a conference zone with coworking and meeting rooms.

Phase 2 owners also have the restaurants, spa, gym and kids' club of Phase 1; you can live in the apartment or let it through the hotel management company. Layan is the calm end of Bang Tao between Sirinat National Park and the Laguna resort: 5 minutes to Laguna, 15 to Boat Avenue and the supermarkets, 20 to the airport. Installments are available during construction and for three years after completion.
