Sea Heaven Phase 2.2

Sea Heaven Phase 2.2 is a completed five-storey building of 127 apartments in the Sea Heaven resort on Nai Thon beach, north-west Phuket. Delivered in 2025, it runs as a hotel under Wyndham Garden management: reception, restaurants, pools and service are already in operation.

On offer are hotel-style studios of 30–44 sqm with a sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony; as of 25 August 2026 seven finished studios of 37–43 sqm are available, some with pool access. The building also has two-bedroom apartments of 55–79 sqm, but none are in the current price list. A shared courtyard has a lagoon pool, pool bar and kids' water zone with slides; the fourth floor has a Sky Pool, the ground floor a restaurant, gym and kids' club. Ownership is leasehold, with freehold available for a surcharge.

Nai Thon is a small bay protected by Sirinat National Park, without dense development or busy streets; the beach is about 270 metres on foot and the airport 13 minutes by car. The developer offers a rental programme through the hotel: a guaranteed return for the first four years and profit sharing after that, with the owner's right to stay in the apartment part of the year.
